Booking & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session or event date. The remaining balance is due prior to your session or event date.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 14 days before your scheduled session may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling requests are accommodated based on availability and must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Delivery of Images

Branding and event galleries are delivered within 1 week unless a project agreement states otherwise. All images are delivered via private online gallery link.

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the intellectual property of Juwan Davis Photography LLC. Clients receive a personal use license for their images. Commercial usage rights are available upon request and may require an additional agreement.

Drone Operations

Drone services are subject to FAA Part 107 regulations and local airspace restrictions. Juwan Davis Photography LLC reserves the right to cancel drone coverage if conditions are unsafe or location clearance cannot be obtained. No refund or reduction in package price will apply in such cases.

Liability

Juwan Davis Photography LLC is not liable for circumstances beyond our control including weather, venue restrictions, or equipment failure. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill your booking, our liability is limited to a full refund of payments received.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
